What is the ONE thing that will CHANGE Your Life in 2011

I was listening to Craig Valentine's audio on the Lady & The Champ Conference in Las Vegas, and he mentioned about something that seems familiar but yet a little foreign.

It was the same message Tony Robbin and Brendon Burchard shared in their seminar.

Are you ready? It might not be what you want to hear but you have to hear it and READ it!!

Yes.... that the habit of READING. Throughout all the book, audio, video, and conferences I've been, I have seen enough and listen enough that deep down, I know that the only thing that can successfully help you change your life is...

" Read A Book A Week "

This is probably the single most important goal that I've set in 2011 and have the MOST IMPACT in my life.

The rationale behind is very simple. Conditioning. By reading once in a while.... we are not able to grasp the information and commonality of how things work. Even if we get the knowledge, we won't act on it.

Like any marketing that was presented to us, it takes 8 point of contact before an average person take action. So, it does takes few point of contacts before we will get up and live up to the standard we wanted.

Attending event, which almost always bring up our motivation. But motivation doesn't last... only a shift in mindset or a significant emotional event that will make an entire shift in our thinking.

But if that's not condition, we will fall back to where we started.

So, keep reading and "A Book A Week" is a worthwhile goal for everyone to set.

Cheers,
Kian
